Except as expressly provided in this Act, the functions, duties and powers of the Corporation shall be as follows:-
(1) To arrange and operate the institution with rights and obligations on Rajguthi,
(2) To organize and operate the Chutguthi and Prijaguthi under the Rajguthi, from the deposit or to operate them as provided in this Act,
(3) Conducting or causing to be conducted religious festivals and worship in accordance with the traditions of the donation letter in such a way as not to desecrate the religion,
(4) To use the movable and immovable property of Rajguthi or the income from it currently and more in any religious, educational, social, cultural or charitable organization or work,
(5) Reduce wasteful expenses from the income of the Rajguthi and stop the leakage, make a new budget for the staff and expenses according to the need to operate the Rajguthi in a more orderly manner,
(6) any grant, donation, grant, movable, immovable, property, receiving,
(6a) Arranging offerings to climb the monastery temple,
(6b) To protect ancient jewelry and religious and cultural items, (6c) In case of expenditure for the work of any Guthi, the entire amount shall be spent from the Aista of the same Guthi,
(7) Farming, horticulture and animal husbandry,
(8) To enter into an agreement to give a contract on behalf of the institute to do any work to be done by Rajguthi,
(9) Building and restoring houses and shops (10) Conducting any legal action on behalf of the institute or defending any legal action against the institute and doing it in accordance with the court decision,
(11) To operate and spend Guthi from the amount of Rajguthi, to set up a reserve fund from the remaining amount and to make safe investments from that fund,
(12) In the Guthi deployment land, the institute will allow cultivation by itself or planting mohi,
(13) To perform other tasks related to the operation of the Rajguthi system in accordance with this Act and prevailing laws.
